報名須知

填寫完此註冊表後，您將收到一封電子郵件，其中包含您的入場券編號和入場券（QR code）。  請注意，每個家庭群組只需填寫一份報名表。  您在活動中遇到的每所學校都會掃描您的入場券。

報名資訊須以英文填寫。
